Custom AI assistants for executives juggling multiple businesses.
Built specifically for you. Hosted on dedicated infrastructure. Read-only by default.

We build a personal AI assistant for one executive at a time — not a SaaS product, not a chatbot. Your assistant is configured for your accounts, your priorities, and the way you actually work. It runs on infrastructure we own and operate, and it does only what you've explicitly authorized.
Three reasons this is different
Built for you specifically
Not a SaaS template. Each assistant is configured for your accounts, your priorities, your style. We spend the first weeks learning your patterns from your real inbox and calendar before we automate anything. By the time the assistant is acting on your behalf, it's been calibrated to how you handle email — not how the average executive handles it.
You stay in control
Read-only by default. Every action — every reply, every archive, every calendar change — requires your explicit approval before the assistant takes it. You can revoke our access at any time through your Google or Microsoft account settings, and that revocation is independent of changing your password. Your password is never seen by us.
Your data, your tenant
We host on dedicated infrastructure per client, in our SimplifyDynamics Azure tenant. No multi-tenant data mixing — each client has their own isolated environment, their own credentials, their own runtime. Authentication tokens are stored in Azure Key Vault, encrypted at rest, and audited on access. Your data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models.
How it works
1. Discovery and onboarding
We meet for ~60 minutes to understand your workflow — which accounts, which calendars, what falls through the cracks today. We send you a data-handling agreement, which is the binding document on what we may and may not access. After you sign, you grant access to your accounts via OAuth (you click Allow on a Google or Microsoft consent screen; we never see your password).
2. Calibration in shadow mode
For one to two weeks, the assistant observes how you handle email and calendar — what you ignore, what you respond to quickly, who's a priority — read-only. We propose a calibrated ruleset based on your real patterns. You tell us what's wrong; we adjust. Nothing is automated yet.
3. Daily briefings and selective automation
Once the ruleset is right, the assistant delivers a morning briefing across your inboxes and calendars. As you sign off on additional capabilities — drafting replies, archiving low-priority email, surfacing scheduling asks — the assistant takes those on, always with you as the final approver until you tell it otherwise.
Who this isn't for
- Anyone who wants a generic chat-with-your-data tool. Tools like that exist; we don't build them.
- Anyone who wants the cheapest option. Each assistant is hand-calibrated; that costs more than self-serve.
- Anyone who can't or won't grant OAuth access to email and calendar. The assistant has nothing to work with otherwise.
Pricing
We're working with our first design partners on an at-cost basis while we calibrate the model and pricing. Talk to us if you'd like to be one of the next.
